Bloody abysmal; I'd give it no stars.
This film propagates all that is offensive about current youth trends. The importation from the USA of all the peculiar speech modifications is to be heard to be believed; the mindless speech affections are just one part of social decline. The 'disaffected yoof' participants should really look at the totally unrealistic 'bling' and ' strangely held gun' culture that they subscribe to; then they might realise that they are, in great part, the makers of their own problems. The cynical manipulation of youth by the money driven media is a shame, but the kids really do need to take a bit of responsibilty themselves. Speaking as one who suffered the deprivations - both.

The hardest part about watching this film was fightimg the temptation to turn it off and smash it. Growing up in a highly mixed community and going to a predominantly black school in south london myself i felt quite offended by the way people were portrayed in the film. No wonder everyone else around the country thinks that we in london are all morons when they see films like this. Add to this a weak storyline and some tin acting and you have a great contender for worst film of the year by far. Get the impression it was written and directed by someone who thinks they are well in touch with the youth of today when in reality this couldnt be further from the truth. this is the first review.
